Head of Internal Systems at Content+Cloud

Description
This dynamic position requires an individual who is capable of frequent face-to-face and remote interaction with both technical and non-technical employees and suppliers. Direct line management of technically focussed individuals posted at all of our key office locations is required.

Requirements

• Fundamentally - the availability, performance, security and ease of use of the C+C internal systems and associated infrastructure
• Direct line management, recruitment and mentoring of 10+ internal systems full time employees
• Monthly Business Review Reporting of performance to budget, operational initiatives and systems performance
• Annual budgeting and budget management
• Interoffice unified communications and digital workspace (Intranet)
• Management of ISP provisioned internal communication services such as MPLS
• T system policies and governance
• Change and Release management
• The performance of internal support functions and associated resources
• Programme management of the Internal Systems Roadmap
• Procurement management and deployment of internal end user devices (mobile phones/laptops)
• Ownership and enforcement of the C+C internal system security policy
• Ownership, maintenance and testing of the C+C Disaster Recovery plans
• Where relevant, training and education on Internal systems including regular formal communications to the business ahead of planned change
• Assurance and governance of BAU support as well as planned and reactive maintenance
• Liaison with GRC, being the voice of Internal Systems for associated workstreams
