Head of IT Operations & Shared Services at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a senior IT leader to drive the performance, governance, stability and continuous improvement of Group IT Operations and Shared Services. Reporting to the Group CIO, this role provides leadership across enterprise applications, ERP, infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management and the full Group IT budget.
• This opportunity is ideally suited to professionals currently operating as a Group IT Manager, Head of IT, Head of IT Operations, Head of IT Shared Services, or a similar senior IT leadership role, with experience leading multiple technology functions through managers in a complex enterprise environment.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Lead Group IT Operations and Shared Services across multiple business units and regions.
• Provide oversight of Enterprise Applications, ERP, Infrastructure & Cloud, Service Delivery, Vendor Management and Operational IT Risk.
• Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application optimisation, adoption and value realisation.
• Own the preparation, management and reporting of the full Group IT budget.
• Drive service excellence, operational stability, governance and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic technology vendors, contracts, licensing and outsourced services.
• Ensure effective IT risk, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity practices.

Qualifications    

• Relevant Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years' professional IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years' senior IT management experience in IT Operations, Shared Services, Enterprise Applications, ERP, Infrastructure or Service Delivery.
• Proven experience leading multiple technology functions through managers and specialist teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or enterprise ERP environments.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience.
• Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, governance and operational service delivery.
