Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to spearhead their growth initiatives. What you'll do:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be leading the marketing team in expanding student acquisition and retention across various international territories. You will develop brand strategies, drive lead generation efforts, manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring overall audience engagement through various initiatives such as events and webinars. Your expertise in digital marketing platforms, data analysis, budget management, project coordination will be essential for success in this role.
Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, focusing on paid media campaigns.
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive enrollment in all target territories.
Oversee the management and optimisation of lead generation websites (workflow) and social media presence.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximize ROI and target business objectives.
Analyse data to make informed marketing decisions and measure campaign success.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Provide vital support to the sales team with marketing activities.
Spearhead digital marketing, SEO, and brand initiatives.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing position brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing for brands. With at least 5 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in various digital marketing platforms, data analysis, budget management, project coordination. Your proficiency in Webflow and/or Wordpress along with Active Campaign or equivalent is essential. A formal degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related business field is required. Additionally, your 4 years' management experience within an international company sets you apart.
