Head of Operational Strategy, ONEx at Cisco

Responsibilities

Drive key transformation and strategy initiatives from ideation to impact.

• Lead and develop a team of talented and ambitious individuals
• The main objective is to drive growth for Cisco, yet at times, the team will also assist in realizing efficiencies.
• Our work is akin to the work at top strategy consulting firms with a focus on driving impact in close collaboration with senior leaders.
• This role provides significant exposure to the most senior executives in the ONEx organization and Cisco.

Minimum Requirements

10-15+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm having reached at least the Principal or Engagement Manager level

• 4+ years of experience as a leader in a respected technology company, ideally in a strategy function
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships and influencing others including senior executives; ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Demonstrated experience running large strategy and transformation projects to desirable outcomes, preferably in the technology industry
• Excellent people development and leadership skills; growth mindset for yourself and others with demonstrated track record of coaching team members
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Intellectual curiosity and interest to learn about Cisco’s portfolio of products and ecosystem
