What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• Own the core product platform portfolio, ensuring alignment across front-end and back-end systems
• Define and drive platform strategy, balancing short-term delivery with long-term capabilities
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of product managers, analysts, and specialists
• Enable fast and reliable product development across the organisation
• Ensure the platform supports current and future product requirements across brands and markets
• Drive consistency in APIs, data contracts, and shared services
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product Operations to deliver cohesive solutions
• Clearly communicate platform trade-offs, priorities, and dependencies to senior stakeholders
• Ensure platform initiatives are well-defined, scoped, and prioritised before delivery
• Hold teams accountable for delivering high-quality platform outcomes
• Operationalise governance around platform ownership, integration standards, documentation, and lifecycle management
• Ensure platform decisions consider operational risk, scalability, and long-term sustainability
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, driving continuous platform improvement
• Leverage analytics and performance insights to assess platform health
• Ensure platform considerations are embedded into broader product strategy and planning
• Build scalable team structures aligned to growth and complexity
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
• Translate company strategy into platform KPIs and measurable outcomes
• Drive innovation by identifying and enabling new capabilities, technologies, and platform improvements that support product growth and scalability

What you’ll bring 

You’re someone who brings:

• Strong experience in product management, preferably within betting, gaming, or regulated environments
• Extensive experience leading platform or systems-driven product teams
• Strong understanding of complex back-end systems and front-end architectures
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to align platform strategy with broader business objectives
• Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in high-pressure environments
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Experience with delivery methodologies and product frameworks
