What you’ll do 

• Leading the Product Management team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 
• Manage the product portfolio by evaluating existing products, identifying gaps, and making informed decisions. 
• Product development and implementation. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and oversee the development process.  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to create compelling materials. 
• Also, this role involves responsibility for product support and product warranties  

Who you are 

• Prior experience and understanding in Aggregates businesses including knowledge about crushers and crusher wears.  
• Proven experience in successful product management. 
• Customer-focused mindset and experience working in a service-oriented environment. 
• Interest and capability for concept development, whether refining product features, exploring new markets, or enhancing services.  
• Technical and business understanding, with the ability to continuously improve existing solutions.  
• Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
