GTM Strategy – Work with the CPO to evolve the product go-to-market strategy. Work with the wider Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to execute effectively at all customer touchpoints.
Value Proposition – Continually craft and review our overall product positioning and messaging. Educate internal teams about the value of our product to customers. Create communication plans that translate this into customer engagement and lead generation strategies.
Sales Enablement – Form effective working partnerships with customer facing teams to understand their commercial challenges. Support them with materials and comm’s for them to effectively go to market with.
Market Orientation - Research competitors, customers and users to feed external insights into the product roadmap and marketing strategies. Be the customer champion in all Product and Strategy forums.
Digital Learning and Community - Build the process, materials and execute an e-learning platform to make our customer training and onboarding more efficient. Manage a user marketing activity plan to create and engage a community of loyal users.
Leadership – Define and build the Product Marketing discipline from the ground-up, including building the team and installing best-in-class processes. Recruitment, set objectives and line manage a growing team.
Desired Skills And Experience
Demonstrate significant (+5 years) experience in a Product Marketing role in B2B SaaS
Leadership qualities; the personality and communication skills to engage, build relationships and work effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing and the Leadership team.
Experience of leading change; i.e. improving and creating new processes, changing ways of working, influencing cross-functional teams
Experience of creating or managing e-learning and user engagement programmes through digital channels.
Line Management experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of market research and/or the FMCG industry would be a plus.
