Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, ensuring year-on-year growth.
Develop & execute a robust sales strategy, adjusting to market trends.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through strategic client acquisition.
Collaborate with marketing to develop a powerful Go-to-Market strategy.
Drive national sales expansion, managing key client relationships.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting, and financial compliance.
What You Bring:
10+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Proven success in selling large-scale service-based solutions.
Expertise in market analysis, CRM, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
Grade 12/NQF4 (Tertiary qualification is an advantage).
