    ICT and Data Manager

    • We currently have an opportunity for an ICT Manager with strong Data Management exposure to join out client within the Medical Aid sector, where you will oversee Data Systems, reporting frameworks and policies as well as managing IT related functions. As an IT Specialist with a focus on Data Analytics, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organizations IT systems whilst leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making and to improve business outcomes. The role combines technical expertise in IT infrastructure, operations, software management, governance frameworks with analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, ensuring efficient operations and to contribute towards strategic insights.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design and develop technology roadmaps, implement strategies and transformation plans whilst focusing on digital technologies.
    • Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
    • Oversee planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects and services.
    • Manage vendor and service provider requirements.
    • Design scalable, efficient and secure data management systems. 
    • Develop and support reporting processes whilst identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
    • Interpret Data, perform complex analysis and conducting in-dept data analysis using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns and insights.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree (IT / Engineering or related field)
    • 5+ years’ experience in Data Analysis
    • 5+ years’ experience as an ICT Specialist 
    • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management 
    • Data Analytical tools (Tableau, Power BI or SQL)
    • Database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
    • Experience with IT Infrastructure and security best practices

    Workforce Management Sales Specialist

    • Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions? My client is looking for an experienced Workforce Management Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, business development, and client relationships for our Time & Attendance and workforce management solutions.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Workforce Management solutions, particularly Time & Attendance systems.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, payroll, and operations managers.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of WFM solutions.
    •  Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in Workforce Management.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
    • Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and market demands.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma in Business Management.
    •  5+ years of experience in selling Workforce Management solutions, with a strong focus on Time & Attendance systems.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce optimisation solutions.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in various industries.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Experience in solution-based and consultative sales.
    • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software sales is advantageous.
