What you’ll do
Role purpose:
- Works closely with the Executive Head in partnership with the MAST’s leadership to closely manage and grow the MAST business by providing strategic and hands-on HR support & delivery.
- This includes driving the delivery of the transformational people agenda and bringing to life the MAST People Strategy. In addition, also responsible for creating an enabling environment to drive a high performing entrepreneurial culture and employee engagement across the organization.

Role purpose:
- Supports the technical operations management team, responsible for the end-to-end operational back-office support requirements relating to the coordination and alignment of multi-faceted subject matter experts' collaboration requirements and effective communication, including administrative support (record keeping, record maintenance and database administration) and operational financial support requirements (placement and receipting of purchase orders).

Key Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate the timely placement and receipting of purchase orders and to ensure regular reporting of network equipment ordered and provide end-to-end administrative support on purchase order requests in conjunction with the respective suppliers and business units within technical operations.
- Create the respective projects in the Management System and to track approval on all projects. Retrieve and process all new order requests from the Management System and maintain the system details.

Role Purpose/Business Unit:
