Key Responsibilities

• Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent & Skills, Employment Equity, Organisation Effectiveness, Industrial Relations, and Leadership Development etc.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes and systems·
• Provide a Generalist Human Resources service across the entire HR value chain·
• Project management and participation as HR generalist to different initiatives
• Client relations and specialist advice

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

• B Degree/B-Tech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioural Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 Credits

Related Experience:

• 5 years’ Experience Sound experience in general Human Resources management and practices
