Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Training at 43 Air School. The role will be primarily located in Port Alfred but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Head of Training will be responsible for managing training programs, designing instructional materials, overseeing training operations, and recruiting instructors.
