Head: Operations at Alexander Forbes

The overall responsibility will be to lead multiple teams across the business’ Operations and Process Engineering environments, across multiple product and client lines and shared services activities. To drive service delivery and continuous improvement from the Client Services and Business Optimisation platform.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

• Post graduate qualification and
• 15 years’ experience in managing complex divisions in the Financial Services industry
• Minimum of 10 years in leadership positions

Business understanding

• Ability to develop strategic relationships with key internal and external clients
• Ability to identify levers that will maximise efficiency and improvement
• Lead, guide and support the people within divi
• Develop and maintain desired organisational culture   
• Knowledge and skills
• Good understanding of the Retirement Fund, Retail, Investment and Shared Services operations environments and understand process re-engineering
