Reporting of hazards, near misses, incidents for the site
Reporting monthly H&S KPI’s for the site
Assist with the implementation of the H&S Top Page for the site
Perform H&S Inspections using checklists
Prepare other H&S checklists, training requirements on a monthly basis for designated staff. Receive the H&S checklists and trainings and perform spot checks.
Log all Hazards & BBS into Crystal module
Assist with the facilitation of Risk Assessments for the site.
Schedule and conduct H&S trainings
Conduct H&S Induction and Onboarding
Schedule medicals as per medical surveillance program
Assist with the implementation of H&SMS and local HSE regulatory requirements at responsible site
Promote HSE awareness (Campaigns, awareness, communications etc.) throughout the responsible site
Assist with the implementation of Global H&S Initiatives throughout responsible site where applicable (Safe Start, Stellar, Safety Month, Quarterly Campaigns, Safe Talks, SGS Rules for Life, Stop Work Authority, BBS, etc.)
Form part of internal & external H&S audits & H&S site visits and assist with evidence preparation etc.
Adhere and ensure adherence to all safety requirements of the SGS management system.
Perform any reasonable tasks assigned to the job holder to support the overall OI strategy
Qualifications
Education
SAMTRAC (Completed or in progress)
Any HS&E short courses
