Hotel Room Attendant at Bidvest Prestige

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious 4 / 5 star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hotel Room Attendant in a 4 / 5 star hotel preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
