HR Administrator at Lear Corporation

• Your main mission would be to support the day-to-day operations of human resources, ensuring the recruitment processes, new employment orientation, on-boarding and the accuracy and maintenance of employee records.

Duties include:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
• Assist with payroll function including processing, leave administration and attending to employees
• Maintain all 3rd party payroll functions between providers and vendors including medical aid and provident funds
• Recruitment – drafting of internal vacancy notices, HR representative at interviews for hourly paid positions, etc.
• Provide support to the HR department including Employment Equity and Skills Development reports
• Completion of weekly and monthly reports

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Matric, relevant human resources qualification would be advantageous.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Good administrative experience and computer skills is essential. A working knowledge of SAP Success Factors would be advantageous.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate would display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
