    HR Analyst

    Purpose:

    • To provide generalist HR administration and process advice and service to the Corporate South office across a defined range of HR activities in line with HR standards and policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide implementation support on HR policies, processes and initiatives within Corporate South office, and provide cover for Corporate North HR support.
    • Escalate technical problems through the appropriate support channels and follow up as required
    • Produce employee data - related reporting both on a regular and ad-hoc basis from a standard set of pre-set reports
    • Identify any issues around processes and systems in Corporate South and make necessary changes or consider alternative options, to ensure smooth delivery of Corporate South HR operations
    • Administer in house employee benefits for Corporate South office employees including Medicals and Long Service Awards.
    • Responsible for Organisation Management of the SAP Success Factors system and the creation and maintenance of accurate SAP HR records for employees on Corporate South payroll including all joiners, transfers, promotions and leavers.
    • Escalate technical problems through the appropriate support channels and follow up as required.
    • Produce employee data - related reporting both on a regular and ad-hoc basis from a standard set of pre-set reports.

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Business/HR or Psychology qualification.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • All areas of HR management such as resourcing, talent, reward, L&D or Performance Management
    • SA employment legislation
    • SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Project management
