You will develop close working relationships with the respective Business Area Managers to translate business area goals into HR outcomes, through the identification of competency gaps, identification of the desired culture and the development of the relevant delivery programs to close the gap
Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs by collaborating with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Resourcing, Employee Relations and other HR areas
Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns and provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate
HR Governance: monitor trends in the allocated Business Area and identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas.
What makes you great
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree with 5-10 years Generalist experience in Human Resources
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management is essential
This person will also have analytical and conceptual thinking skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to plan effectively and to make firm decisions
