Profile

Education: 

• Matric (Grade 12) 
• Registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
• Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or Certificate, such as SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or NADSAM.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45 001 and/or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 45 001:2018, including the introduction, implementation, and internal auditing of ISO 45 001:2018 or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Expertise in conducting incident investigations.
• Experience in internal auditing of management systems.
• Familiarity and experience with third-party and certification audits.
• Experience in steel fabrication, construction, and/or the oil and gas industries will be considered advantageous.
