    Human Resource Business Partner Company Name Recruit Digital

    This individual is responsible for partnering with the line managers in building the functional capabilities for driving sustainable, profitable business growth. Through HR consulting, this individual is responsible for building a functional culture and operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • To develop and communicate industrial relations policies and procedures in line with legislation.
    • Lead negotiations and implement termination procedures
    • Management of organizational climate and employee relations - Liaison with trade unions
    • Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies related to employee relations are properly administered
    • To conduct regular Industrial Relations audits
    • To maintain and renew all work permits and permanent residence permits in conjunction with Head Office personnel.
    • To ensure that meaningful appraisals for all staff are carried out on a regular basis
    • To ensure that the action and developmental plans agreed at the appraisals are actioned and followed up
    • To strengthen staff morale and self-image by means of motivational programs such as training, choir, clubs and sporting activities.

    The above are just a few of the job duties that the Human Resource Business Partner will be required to do.
