Human Resource Internship at South African National Space Agency (SANSA)

Minimum Requirements for placement:

• A student who needs in-service training for 1-2 years to complete an official HR Qualification or a qualified individual in need of practical experience
• Should be 35 years of age or younger at the time of submitting an application
• Be a South African citizen
• Willing to live in Hermanus, Western Cape for the entire duration of their in- service training

Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as appointments, terminations, leave, transfers, promotions, etc. using SAGE
• Ensure proper maintenance of records and easy retrieval of documents as and when required
• Perform all administrative and transactional services
• Administer the recruitment service from advertisement to appointment
• Ensure proper record tracking system
• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions
• Organise meetings and events
• Run reports on SAGE and prepare various documents accurately, timeously and in accordance with the specific needs to which the documents are required.
