    Human Resources Administrator

    We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team to help deliver a world class customer experience for our rapidly growing subscriber base. The Human Resources Administrator role is for an ambitious and highly motivated individual seeking the rare opportunity to help scale a high growth technology company, with significant potential for career growth across multiple verticals. You will be joining an entrepreneurial team of hard-working and creative people who are passionate about disrupting for purpose.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Timeous recruitment, selection and placement process of positions at all levels.
    • Onboarding preparation and document management for all new hires.
    • Management of all exit administration.
    • Supporting line management in developing new job profiles and grading.
    • Ensuring job profiles are updated and kept centrally.
    • Preparing employee contracts and letters for reviewing and signing.
    • Co-ordinating and driving probationary period process and reports.

    Industrial & Employee Relations

    • Preparing disciplinary and employee relations documents.

    Reporting, Statistics & Compliance

    • Monthly trend analysis of turnover, absenteeism, leave balances, etc
    • Assisting with statutory reporting as required.
    • Coordinating BBBEE and transformation objectives.
    • Maintaining compliance with governance, policies and procedures.
    • Maintaining compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.

    Learning & Development

    • Collating and compiling training needs in all departments.
    • Compiling and submitting training reports for WSP and ATR.
    • Collating and tracking all KPIs and IPAs.

    Payroll Administration

    • Maintaining and managing employee information in SAGE HR.
    • Providing payroll input on a monthly basis within set timelines.
    • Maintaining head count databases and staff lists on a monthly basis.
    • Updating the organogram with staff movements on a monthly basis.
    • Ensuring salary input is correctly processed monthly.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong academic background – Human Resources related qualification (Honours an advantage).
    • Strong understanding of Human Resources process theory and relevant legislation – minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – ability to communicate at all levels.
    • Proactive self-starter who can be assertive.
    • Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team, as well as independently.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong relationship management skills.
    • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
    • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
    • Perseverance and resilience.
    • Sound problem solving and judgement skills.
    • Professional approach to dealing with sensitive information.
    • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
    • Community Service or Cultural Association.
    • Clear ITC record.
    • IT literate and proficient in the use of the following:
    1. Slack;
    2. Sage HR;
    3. PandaDoc
    4. Confluence
    5. Google G-Suite
