Human Resources Assistant at Next Biosciences

Next Biosciences is looking for an HR graduate with outstanding administrative and communication skills. 

The candidate must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the HR Helpdesk- responding to internal HR Queries from staff.

• Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees. 

• Assisting with the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, arranging interviews, checking references and preparing employment documentation. 

• Co-ordinate staff training sessions. 

• Perform orientations and assist with onboarding of new staff.

• Complete termination paperwork.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

• Meticulous attention to detail.
