Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Graduate/Internship
The successful candidate will provide Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) support including analysing the efficiency of HR systems, gathering user data, and monitoring performance metrics. The incumbent will also be required to provide input and assist the HRIS Manager to develop and implement new HRIS processes.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Experience in a Human Resources environment will be an advantage.
Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Research and data analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Data collection and analysis
Knowledge of the HR Discipline and Legislation.
Good Communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritise.
Graduates will be required to be based at the site where the specific vacancy is advertised for the duration of the Graduate Development Programme.
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME
Successful candidates will be enrolled on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
