Hygiene Controller at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant hygiene experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Practices

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Control Program
• Maintain a high level of hygiene throughout the plant during shift
• Report workers not adhering to the required standards
• Follow-up of corrective actions
• Carry out duties as described in duty sheets
• Carry out instructions given by Management regarding quality and hygiene
• Responsible for start-up requirements (dispensers, hand dryers, boot baths, pre-entrance check)
• Chemical dilution verification testing
• Ensuring good hygiene practises during the shift (correct PPE, no makeup or jewellery etc)
• Responsible for parts and tool register
