Hygiene & Pest Control Sales Representative: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Sales/Marketing qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ external sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must be willing to sleep out ± 1 week in a month. (Depending on the sales rep)
• Travel to Lesotho and the South & Eastern Free State, including sleep-outs (approximately one week per month).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, surveys, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and commission sheets.
• Provide excellent after-sales service.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: R8 000
• Plus, Car Allowance: R6 000
