Reporting to the Senior ICT Manager, the successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information and communication technology systems including assisting end-users with hardware and software issues, ensuring the functionality of IT equipment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the CHE technology infrastructure.
