    Implementation Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • Provide implementation and on-going support services 
    • Escalate issues to Engineering and Support Management working with customers (incl. Doctors) guiding them in the selection and scaling of the their solutions such as  specific technical and infrastructure requirements (Technical and Clinical Workflow Requirements, Device Inventory, Test Labs, HIS Integration, etc.)
    • Onsite software and hardware configuration/setup/testing
    • Onsite end user training
    • Create and present professional demonstrations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint

     

    Requirements

    • Fluent  in English
    • 2+ years of experience implementing or integrating software applications
    • Knowledge/ Experience of network topologies and infrastructures
    • Healthcare IT experience, working with Clinical Information Systems (Plus)
    • Experience in Technical troubleshooting
    • Knowledge of HL7 and interface engines (Plus)
    • There will be a percentage of business travel
