Job Description

• An established International Clearing and Forwarding company based in Durban is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment (Imports & Exports)
• Matric
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• System Knowledge: CargoWise experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Manage delivery notes and general queries
• Process GRN/Intakes/Cargo reports
• Prepare and process export packing lists
• Liaise with clients and internal teams

Weekly & Monthly Tasks:

• Compile SOH reports and storage schedules
• Approve express schedules and invoices
• Prepare volume schedules
• Pre-Alerted & Shipment-Related Tasks:
• Allocate GLJ file numbers
• Prepare loadout stock reports for tally clerks
• Arrange fumigation and plant inspections when necessary
• Finalize export file charges upon shipment completion
