    Imports & Exports Warehouse Administrator (38301)

    Job Description

    • An established International Clearing and Forwarding company based in Durban is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment (Imports & Exports)
    • Matric
    • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily Tasks:

    Production Team Leader - Press - Automotive (38201)

    Job Description

    • Our client is localizing the production of automotive press parts, they are poised to significantly contribute to the advancement of South Africa's automotive industry, fostering economic development and job creation in the region.
    • The purpose of the role is to oversee production activities for the operator, ensure a smooth production process so that the customer targets are met within the required time, quality and in a cost-effective way. Maintains a safe working environment and ensures standardised work standards

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Diploma in Operations Management and related fields and ISO Certification
    • At least 3 years relevant in a similar role in Automotive or Manufacturing or related fields
    • Familiar with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment, including knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment operation licenses.
    • Reporting, including tracking attendance, output, downtime, and other key performance metrics, 
    • Good understanding in operating relevant machinery and equipment used in the press production process & a good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality 
    • Meet the required KPI's EG. Cycle times, safety, quality & quantity 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, 
    • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, ITAF 16949 
    • Knowledge of Production principles

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversees the workload of operators and ensures the allocation of work is done and employees understand their responsibility and the standard in which it should be conducted
    • Monitor the team's performance and ensures that hourly and daily targets are achieved through effective planning and manpower utilisation 
    • Investigates root cause to non-conformances and implements countermeasures to prevent recurrence 
    • Reviews daily production plan and communicate targets and objectives with the team daily 
    • Preparation for production planning, including but not limited to Machine, Tooling Die, Material, Rack, Pallets
    • Mentors, trains, guides, and provides knowledge and support to team members 
    • Monitor and provide input into the employee relations climate and corrective disciplinary process 
    • Ensures that high housekeeping standards are maintained for a safe working environment 
    • Implement and monitor quality standards as per compliance audit and ISO standards
    • Daily inspection and reporting of machine condition 
    • Receiving of components and materials 
    • Monitors and completes necessary documentation for leave, overtime etc. 
    • Actively works towards reduces Production loss including but not limited to Manhour loss, machine hour loss 
    • Continuous improvement activities for cycle times, defects, process abnormality and customer complaints

    Job Description

    • The purpose of this role is for the Quality Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day quality activities are achieved in all aspects of the production process. The Quality Team Leader will ensure that the specified quality standards and the inspection frequency of components are met.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Diploma in quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and related fields and related fields ISO certification
    • At least 5 years relevant Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience at a Team Leader level in Automotive or Manufacturing
    • Knowledge of Auto CAD, Poly Works Faro programs advantageous
    • Quality certification ISO 9001. ISO14001, ITAF 16949
    • Basic auditing skills
    • Able to use measuring tools and knowledge of quality testing and requirements and use of various instruments

    Job Description

    • KWV a renowned South African brand and industry leader in the production of world-class wines, and other spirits has a permanent vacancy for a Business Development Representative based in Nelspruit-Mpumalanga.
    • Purpose: To ensure exposure, increased sales and achievement of targets by representing the company and its brands, by visiting On-consumption outlets (clubs, bars, etc.) and Liquor outlets as per a contracted call cycle and in the process grow the KWV customer base within a specific geographical area.

    Reliability Engineer - PET (38101)

    Purpose:

    • Improve asset utilization and business success by enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through advanced reliability engineering techniques and tools. Serve as the site facilitator for Asset Management and implement long-term maintenance strategies.

    Only candidates that have experience in the following industries for at least 5 years need apply:

    • Petrochemical, Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream), Heavy Industrial Manufacturing, Power Generation (Thermal, Renewable, or Nuclear), Mining and Minerals Processing, Steel and Aluminum Production or Cement and Construction Materials

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant discipline). BSc/BEng
    • Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., CRE) is advantageous.

    Minimum Experience:

    • At least 5 years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
    • Proven ability to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

    Key Competencies:

    • Proficiency in data analysis and reliability methodologies, including:
    • Statistical Process Control, Reliability Modeling, Fault Tree & Weibull Analysis.
    • Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology, RCA/RCFA, FRACAS.
    • Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and Remaining Useful Life assessments.
    • Strong analytical, innovative, and assertive problem-solving abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintenance Strategy Development:

    • Create equipment strategies aligned with maintenance objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a criticality index for site assets to optimize asset conservation and achieve long-term cost savings.
    • Evaluate and enhance the predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) program by measuring the quantitative impact of failures and implemented corrective actions (RCI, Six Sigma, PEX initiatives).
    • Reliability Engineering:
    • Analyze failure data and proactively apply reliability models and tools to solve availability issues.
    • Participate in plant projects to ensure reliability objectives are met, including determining critical spares and establishing relevant PPM programs and intervals.
    • Provide input on HAZOP, Loss Prevention Principles (LPP), Asset Risk Assessments, and Risk-Based Inspections (RBI).

    Condition Monitoring:

    • Develop and drive the equipment condition monitoring (ECM) strategy, including vibration analysis, thermography, and tribology.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical equipment failures and repairs, providing technical expertise to maintenance teams.
    • Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Facilitate the site's Most Effective Technology (MET) and Best Value Practices (BVP) programs.
    • Provide equipment performance data for benchmarking and evaluation of best practices.
    • Collaborate with OEMs, maintenance, operations, and project teams for technical improvements.

    Performance Assessment:

    • Measure the effectiveness of reliability and maintenance initiatives, ensuring sustained performance improvements.
    • Validate and implement RCI solutions to prevent recurring issues.

    Project Management:

    • Manage select projects to improve reliability and plant availability.
    • Quantify and assess the impact of design changes, reconfigurations, and other operational initiatives.

    Other Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel when required.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to support site-wide reliability initiatives.
