Key Responsibility Areas:

• Analyze and improve processed across production, logistics and operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Optimization)
• Use data to drive efficiency, quality and cost improvements
• Work on cross-functional projects with experienced engineers and business leaders.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in process improvement, systems thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Proficient in tools such as excel, data analysis software or simulation tools is an advantage
