Industrialisation Manager at Ntice Sourcing Solutions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a relevant Engineering field (Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical or BEng Engineering)
• 5 years + of experience in a manufacturing environment, of which more than 3 years in a senior management role
• High-tech and high-value (multimillion rand) project implementation & management experience
• Experience in electronic manufacturing methods and practices
• Experience in manufacturing ERP system
• LEAN Manufacturing & PMP Methodologies (Qualifications would be highly beneficial)
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment/ Aerospace Manufacturing High-Tech
• Knowledge of environmental test methods and practices (e.g. Dynamic, Vibration, EMC, Thermal)
• Knowledge of industrialization, plant layout, and LEAN manufacturing principles
