Information Systems Manager at Talent Network

Purpose of the Role:

• Stay abreast with latest technology, methods, advances or systems for the development of new reports and Business Intelligence. Constantly strive to bring new creative and innovative business solutions to the company for discussion and ultimate implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with Exco to successfully implement business and technology strategies
• Manage service provider relationships to ensure implementation of projects
• Manage deadlines / SLA’s
• Implement hardware
• Implement new systems and procedures needed for these systems within required deadlines
• Stay abreast of new operational requirements driven by changed in the industry or by emerging technologies
• Gather insights by collaborating with internal stakeholders in order to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals using latest technology advances
• Implement and drive tactical plans and milestones in line with the relevant strategic goals\
• Research and manage integration with stakeholder systems (clients and service providers)
• Manage and drive relevant business development initiatives
• Promote the business and its reputation via active participation in industry bodies, forums and workgroups and identify new opportunities for the group
• Determine IT hardware needs for company for input into the budget
• Assist with gathering requirements for new systems
• Assist with compiling new BI reports

Requirements:

• Must be goal driven and driven to deliver on deadlines
• Keep up to date with new advances with relevant technology and use it to solve operational problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships at lower and more senior levels
• Experience thinking critically about systems and workflow, and identifying needs for development
• Excellent Excel knowledge
