Information Systems Specialist (HRIS & Remuneration)
We currently have an opportunity for a Remuneration and HR Information Systems Specialist to work on site in Johannesburg East for a client specializing within the Manufacturing and Packaging Sector. As you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support in remuneration and HR information systems, there will be a dual function relating to project co-ordination, support in developing a cost-effective HRIS as well as supporting remuneration practices whilst facilitating efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting salary studies and market analysis as well as developing salary ranges.
Champion job evaluation processes and maintenance of job profile data.
Provide technical support on all HR Systems including user training.
Updating SAGE People 300 modules.
Validating and maintaining HR System to ensure the integrity of data and accuracy.
Conducting user needs analysis, liaise with development team and stakeholders, testing as well as implementing systems.
Managing projects for the HRIS and Remuneration section
Provide technical and user support on all HR Systems to project managers and HR.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
5 Years in IT Systems (HR and compensation)
2 years managing HRIS Implementations.
Experience with Compensation, benefits and job evaluations
