Information Technology Technician at Sakata Seed Southern Africa

key responsibilities will include:

• Basic IT support (checking network, computer, internet, Ms Windows, telephones)
• User Setup on Computers and Printers
• Assist with Office 365 user account setups
• Assist with user GAD local server domain setups
• Basic ERP system Knowledge
• SAKATA specific applications used in day to day business
• EDI portal support and portal management
• Work on a ticketing system
• Cellphone and Devices enrollment to Sakata portal
• Adhoc duties

Specific Requirements

• Grade 12
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network N+
• Less than 2 years experience
• MCSE/MCITP will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and use own initiative
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• English speaking, other languages will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and able to work in an organised and methodical manner
• Be a team player and able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• South African citizen with a valid driver’s license. Must have own transport
• Clear ITC, credit and criminal record
