    Infrastructure Manager

    About the role

    • The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for ensuring that our branch infrastructure, facilities, physical assets and operational support services are available, well maintained and fit for purpose.
    • Working closely with Provincial Heads, Area Managers and the National Infrastructure Operations team, you will coordinate infrastructure requirements across multiple sites, manage service providers, support infrastructure projects and ensure that identified risks and compliance requirements are addressed.
    • This role is suited to an experienced infrastructure or operations professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, working across different locations and coordinating a range of internal and external stakeholders.

    What you will do

    • Oversee the effective performance, availability and maintenance of infrastructure across the EasyPay branch network.
    • Manage premises maintenance, facilities requirements and lease administration support across provincial sites.
    • Oversee the maintenance and roadworthiness of fleet vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
    • Monitor and manage infrastructure-related assets, including tablets, branch equipment and stock items such as cards.
    • Work with relevant teams to support physical security and the protection of branch premises and assets.
    • Support investigations relating to infrastructure incidents, fraud, non-compliance and operational risks.
    • Ensure infrastructure operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit recommendations.
    • Implement and monitor corrective action plans arising from infrastructure audits, inspections and risk assessments.
    • Manage relationships with local infrastructure vendors and service providers.
    • Coordinate the implementation of infrastructure and technology projects within the province.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of infrastructure and technology initiatives.
    • Develop, implement and test local Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
    • Support business continuity and operational resilience across the branch network.
    • Provide operational support for ATM maintenance and other infrastructure requirements.
    • Work with Provincial Coordinators to ensure effective administrative support for infrastructure operations.
    • Support the Contact Centre process by ensuring infrastructure-related queries are correctly logged, escalated and resolved.
    • Provide regular reporting on infrastructure performance, risks, projects, incidents and outstanding requirements.

    What you will need

    • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 5 years' experience in infrastructure, facilities or operational management, preferably within a multi-site environment.
    • Experience managing infrastructure across multiple branches, sites or locations.
    • Proven experience in vendor and service provider management.
    • Experience managing operational projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • A sound understanding of compliance, risk management and audit requirements.
    • Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning would be advantageous.
    • Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A valid driver's licence.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to provincial sites as required.

    Additional requirement: This role requires regular travel to provincial branches and operational sites.
