Metabolic is rapidly growing 100% remote $80MM+ metabolic optimization company seeking a persuasive, outgoing, upbeat sales representative to sell our programs and high-quality nutritional supplements. This is a great opportunity for a driven closer who loves to hustle, and has the talent to engage people and understand their pain points. Best of all, you’ll spend the majority of your time closing sales from appointments that have been pre-set for you via our customized automations.

What are the Key Points?

• Compensation: Long term contract with option to renew after 12 months. 100% Commission – Driven sales reps can earn between $75,000 and $100,000 USD, paid in ZAR. You will earn a 25% Sales Commission on the Gross Margin of your Net Sales Revenue. Earned commissions paid every 2 weeks. You'll learn from the best with an in-depth paid training, so you can hit the ground running.
• Location: 100% Remote (virtual team of 200+ with no corporate office)
• Hours: 40 hour work week
• Shift: Several shifts to choose from, all 9-5pm EST (3pm - 11pm SAST)

We now have a talented team of 75+ motivated sales reps who support each other and constantly hone their skills to better understand our customers and earn more commissions. Having been in sales myself prior to this role, I’ve gone to great lengths to setup an upbeat, collaborative, efficient environment that allows you to do what you do best – close sales.
• Qualified Leads Only – You’ll only be selling to people who have already purchased something from us before and are expecting your call – there is ZERO cold-calling in this position
