Insight and Analytics Manager (35520) at Regus

Job Purpose 

• As a Manager within Insights and Analytics, you will be responsible for turning complex sets of data into simple to digest, easy to use commercial insights – which will help define actions to influence the very KPIs you are reporting on.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly Business Review, present to senior leadership a clear view of historical performances, future forecasts, key learnings, and initiatives.
• Drive and challenge the departments actions with strategic recommendations based on the unique position of having oversight of all activities and data within the department.
• Create and deliver an impactful and actionable suite of reporting
• Develop effective metrics which define the departments overall objectives, and track the team’s delivery against these objectives, sharing performance insights and learnings.
• Build and design data structures from new and existing technological developments on the Microsoft suite of products (SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, D365) to enable reporting on operational processes and transactions.
• Support all executive ad-hoc requests for data and insight.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• This job will suit a consultant, either working in a Consultancy, in-house strategy / analytics or equivalent high-performance team who wants to move from advising to being accountable for delivering results.
• Commercial awareness to enable you to understand the impact of your decisions on IWG performance.
• Expertise in building Power BI reports and working with Microsoft Azure Power Platform using PowerApps and PowerAutomate
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Excel)
• Experience creating and manipulating data to generate a comprehensive suite of reports for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Highly numerical individual with a track record of deriving insights from complex and varied data sources.
• An independent problem solver, capable of understanding concerns, identifying solutions, and executing action plans.
• A self-starter takes accountability for your work, and the work of your team to ensure objectives are achieved.
