THE WORK:

• Engage actively and contribute your insights. You will perform independently and become a subject matter expert while participating actively in discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related challenges. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support new course development.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classroom settings, courseware, and curriculum.
• Master course or procedure content to facilitate learning through a blended approach.
• Prepare internal faculty members to effectively conduct training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Training Delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Instructor-Led Training.
• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
• High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
