Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 7) is required.
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in Credit Management, Debt Recovery, or Public Sector Finance (Advantageous).
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in loan restructuring, legal recoveries, and portfolio turnaround, with at least 3 years in project management or property operations, focusing on NPLs or distressed assets.
• Experience in development finance, legal enforcement, or asset recovery is essential.
• Sound knowledge of South African financial, legal, and property regulatory frameworks.
