Job Description
The successful candidate will form part of a high-performing team responsible for enhancing Old Mutual Rewards’ capability.
The role provides the opportunity to develop an understanding of Old Mutual’s products across the different segments, to use data to derive customer insights and nudge behaviours, and to gain a deep understanding of the loyalty programme landscape in South Africa. The incumbent will be responsible for owning finance, BI and marketing operations that support the development of the Rewards program. The position offers regular opportunities to engage with and present reported results to various stakeholders and management.
