Intermediate Business Analyst at Juru Holdings

• Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a Intermediate Business Analyst to join their growing team.
• This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
• The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
• Translating business needs into functional documentation.
• Documenting procedures and workflows.
• Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
• Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
• Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
• Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.
• All other tasks related to the role.

Required skills and experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification;
• 3-5 years of similar business analysis experience;
• Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is crucial to the role;
• Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio;
• Valid driver’s license, own transport;
• Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial.
