    Intern Agent - Amanzimtoti

    Key Responsibilities

    • Listing/ Marketing and Selling residential and commercial properties
    • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities
    • Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers
    • Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents
    • Perform comparative market evaluations
    • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators
    • Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements.

    Education & Experience

    • Matric Qualification
    • No previous real estate experience needed
