Intern Real Estate Agent - Johannesburg West at Pam Golding Properties

Key Responsibilities

• Collect information about a property;
• Canvass for properties to sell;
• Arrange for photographs to be taken;
• Visit and talk to the sellers about their property;
• Estimate the value of the property;
• Organise and attend to show days;
• Market and promote properties for sale;
• Represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers;
• Monitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents;
• Advising clients and help buyers;
• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the general market;
• Ensure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
