Intern - Renewals Operations Business Partner Support - Woodmead at SAP

What you'll do

As a Working Student at SAP, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact and gain new skills and on-the-job experience while collaborating with colleagues in all lines of business around the EMEA South region.

In your day-to-day you will:

•  Work for SAP Cloud Success Services (CSS) organization and closely collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Value Generating (CEVG) Business Partners.
• Support the renewals forecasting process, specifically monitoring volume business and partner led opportunities. 
• Support CSS Leadership, when requested, by following-up on opportunities with the Customer Success Partners. 
• Update and maintain the renewals forecasting files.
• Help streamline the overall renewals forecast process by bringing new and fresh ideas on improvement points. 
• Strong collaboration with CSS Business Partners to track progress on various KPI's. 

What you bring

• Student at university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or related field. 
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise on Excel macros and Analysis for Office would be a plus.
• Language skills: fluent English speaking and writing
• Soft skills: Analytical, Strong Communication Skills, Results Oriented, Team work capacity
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
