Intern: Traffic Coordination at eMedia Investments

Description

• Reporting to the Executive Creative Director and/or the Manager: Traffic, the key performance areas include but are not limited to: 

Traffic Coordination

• Coordinating and/or scheduling of voiceover artist bookings.
• Coordinating with external production companies relating to their processes and ensuring timeous delivery of promo and radio cue sheets, along with obtaining approval feedback for marketing communications.

Workflow Scheduling and Administration

• Drafting and improving team workflow schedules.
• Providing delivery schedules to enable task prioritisation on a daily basis.
• Facilitating daily media deliveries to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Liaison

• Communicating with creative services team members.
• Liaising with production companies on feedback, faults, and rework requests, and assisting in obtaining timeous approval and/or feedback for marketing communications.

Requirements

• A minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Administration / Media / Marketing / Communications is essential.
