Internal Auditor at RCS

This role forms part of an Independent function, which provides an objective assurance of Risk and Control to the BNP Paribas Group globally. The key purpose of this role is to execute on the internal audit framework of the Company in order to protect the integrity of its activities and reputation.

What you’ll be doing?

•  Analysing and assessing the quality of the risk control framework
•  Ensuring that all processes are compliant with regulations and internal procedures
•  Formulating dedicated findings and recommendations in order to remediate the identified gaps pertaining to this referent framework
•  Assessing the actions of the Management teams audited
•  Contributing to and producing key deliverables such as synthetic feedback to auditees, assignment ratings, assignment reports etc.
•  Engaging with various business stakeholders through conducting interviews and audits across the business
•  Remaining abreast of key regulatory developments

What you’ll need?

•  Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent eg: CA (SA)
•  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the principles and practices of internal audit - preferably within an Audit firm or Financial Services organisation
•  Knowledge of Credit and Counterparty risk, Operational risk and risks related to Compliance activities
