Internal Auditor at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for timely execution of audits as per annual audit plan (including but not limited to risk based audits & compliance control audits)
• Identify and document risks and controls
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare and consolidate audit reports within the prescribed deadlines
• Attend financial year end stock takes
• Assist Internal Audit manager with ad hoc investigations / tasks
• Must be able to work independently to achieve agreed outcomes
• Must be willing to travel in South Africa
• Must be willing to work overtime from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

• BCom degree in Internal Auditing or Accounting
• BCom Hons degree (advantageous)
• Sound knowledge of risk based internal auditing
• At least 3 year’s internal audit experience (exposure to agriculture, retail, financial services, automotive, manufacturing industries will be advantageous)
• Computer literate (including Excel & Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
• Good report writing skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to think analytical
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
• Valid Drivers licence
• Willing to travel in South Africa
