Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
Managing outstanding account receivables, generally overdue for more than 30 days.
Assisting the Interfirm Accountant with the collection of outstanding amounts and allocations of inflows on Interfirm Debtors.

Manages activities related to Debtor Management, including but not limited to:
Collection of outstanding receivables and payables between Deloitte Member firms.
Loads invoices on client portal
Allocate outstanding inflows to debtors list for Interfirm
Supports business with adherence to collection policies & procedures where required
Manage late payments and resolving client disputes
Notifies business with the latest client updates
Obtain necessary documents from the Service lines for invoice approvals.
Dispatches invoices to Deloitte inter-firm and intercompany parties
Assist Interfirm Accountant with other inter-firm matters
Receipting:
Provide allocations where required to allocations team
Responds to client requests relating to company information in relation to collections
Produces statements (on client request)
Qualifications
Required
Matric plus Certificate in relevant function
1 year
Preferred
National Diploma or Degree in Finance

Full utilisation of the Coordination Team
Through Talent Intelligence and Initiatives ensure that you are able to strategically and proactively identify and build relationships with talent pools.
Utilise Talent pools as potential sources for the Sourcing Team.
Ensure that you are consciously and actively marketing the Talent Team, your Business Unit and Deloitte through a variety of mediums and channels, this includes but is not limited to Social Media and Networking.
Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process and the reporting thereof.
