Internal Sales Administrator - Chemical - Durban North at Prostaff Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Previous experience having worked within an internal sales or related role capturing invoices and orders and having liaised with customers is essential for the role.
• Previous experience having worked within the chemical manufacturing or distribution or related industries is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience having worked on Pastel Evolution is preferred.
• Basic Excel experience is essential.
• The company will consider a person who has worked in a financial administration role for this position.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers telephonically regarding chemicals ordered and pricing.
• Capturing and processing orders as well as doing invoicing.
• Assisting with stock counts when required to do so.
• Working closely with sales staff and management regarding customer queries.
• Liaising with the warehouse and distribution in terms of products being delivered to customers and stock availability.
• Handling customer complaints, issues and account queries.
